Frequently Asked Questions

The target group consists of line managers, middle managers, people who are preparing to become managers and entrepreneurs.

The aim of this simulation is for participants to learn how decisions impact the development and potential of the people in the organization. It’s not easy, but it’s fun, with lots of Eureka! moments and many lessons to learn.

The challenge for managers is to run two cycles of this simulation while leading and developing teams – all different in profile, requirements and performance and, just like in the real world, with limited budgets of money and time.

SimTALENT is the ideal way to practice situations in which participants learn:

– to find adequate candidates for any job openings;

– identify the development potential for each team member;

– to define individual development measures – with a limited budget of time and money;

– to successfully carry out succession plans taking into account internal and external candidates.

We appreciate the way that Evolutiv trainers manage to make relevant analogies with our specific development needs in a pleasant and friendly way. At the same time, these analogies are objective, coherent and adding value to trainings or buusiness simulations. We recommend Evolutiv Consultants Network as a reliable and professional partner, a viable support in developing the skills of our management team. - Raluca Judele, Dennemeyer & Associates

How do we work?

SimTALENT addresses all those organizations that understand that focusing on developing people potential is an overwhelming factor for the future of employees. This is not only the responsibility of the Human Resources department, but of each manager of the organization.

During the activities, the participants become entrepreneurs or executive managers who compete for the best Talent Score. Their mission is to run two cycles of simulation leading and developing teams – all different in profile, requirements and performance and, just like in the real world, with limited budgets of money and time.

Participants will improve their managerial skills as they ‘play’ with the various decisions and contexts in which the simulation will put them. They will gradually plan and act in increasingly complex activities, in which all sorts of challenging situations arise. Through simulation activities, participants learn how to manage:

– Staff turnover rates in various fields, as well as fluctuations in the organization; – Recruitment costs & initial training in different companies;

– Promotion inside the company / employment outside the company;

– How to manage talent in successful companies. What are the effects and results?

– The “responsible for happiness” manager – a mandatory trend?

There are always moments of reflection in the learning process. The participants will finish the program not only with a set of skills developed, but also with a working document for their area of responsibility.

Discussion topics are not mandatory, and the learning objectives can be shaped according to the business objectives of the organization.
