SimSALES is a business simulation that turns participants into salespeople competing in the same market. They will simulate the whole process of selling, developing relationships and making decisions while competing for the best efficiency score.

How do we work?

With SIMDUSTRY® Sales, participants will learn how to build and develop long-lasting customer relationships while mastering the 7 steps of the sales process. Here we include planning, prospecting, identifying needs and opportunities, presenting solutions, overcoming objections, closing sales, follow up and customer relationship development. Ultimately, sales teams will identify success factors for each step, optimize customer communication to maximize sales results, and experience real-world sales events.

Participants will be divided into teams to explore the process of closing new deals. The goal is to simulate the entire sales process: planning, prospecting, identifying needs, presenting solutions, overcoming objections, closing the sale and follow up.

During the simulation, participants must build and grow good relationships with their customers. The goal is to get the best score on the Highest Score of Commercial Efficiency.

In order to simulate reality with accuracy, elements such as personality, qualifications, strengths and weaknesses will be integrated.

In this sense, SIMSales has 2 structures:

– For B2B (the customer uses the purchased product / services)

– For B2B2B / C (customer resells purchased product / service)

Customization will take into account the industry, the company and the needs of the customer.

Based on the information gathered from the employees, the simulation can be customized by taking into consideration the industry, external customers and internal processes.

This simulation creates an ideal learning context. The lessons learned have immediate applications, being directly transferable in the reality of simulation, and later, in everyday reality. The program uses a wide range of experiential learning tools: auditory, visual, kinesthetic.
