Managers, entrepreneurs or all the people in the organization.

Between 4 and 6 hours

People are always making decisions in the organization they belong to.

Everyone needs to understand how their decision has an impact on business results. That’s why Frenzy® focuses on:

– Understanding specific financial language;

– Understanding the relevant financial statements: cash, profit, balance sheet;

– Defining the cost structure;

– Understanding the difference between cash and profit, and their impact in the organization.

How do we work?

Our goal is to replicate a business environment as accurately as possible through a simulation so that participants can develop key business management skills.

The purpose of the workshop is that, in the end, the participants can make, with greater certainty, decisions that don’t put at risk the future of the company.

Frenzy is a creative and dynamic alternative to a different teambuilding, for or a company event – conference or annual meeting.

Together with the Evolutiv team we implemented a series of business simulation programs that accelerated the process of learning and understanding theoretical concepts in real business situations. - Bogdan Liviu, ArcelorMittal Galați

Participants will improve their financial and analytical skills as they “play” with the sums of money, plan and act gradually in increasingly complex activities, in which all sorts of challenging situations arise, that are encountered in real life.

We will establish 3-4 business cycles (months), in which participants sell products / services and measure their results. Short notes on working capital, ROI, ROCE, etc. will also be included.

We correlate the learned information with actual aspects from the reality of the participants’ organization. This simulation creates an ideal context for learning, the lessons learned have immediate applications, being directly transferable in the reality of simulation, and later, in everyday reality.
