Gigi Andrieș entered the organizational training world in the most natural way: learning in order to do his job better. In 1994, when he had already gained practical experience in management as an electronics engineer and team leader, Gigi came into contact, through the pioneering programs of the Open University Business School, with new theories and tools for Romanian practitioners. He wanted to share what he discovered while learning for himself. This is how he became, in 1995, a tutor for the first generations of entrepreneurs and managers of post-communist Romania.
As a graduate of Open University Business School (UK), he became a trainer for competitive management, performance management, human resource management. In 2005, Gigi has become the Director of the Training and Consulting Department of CODECS, after dealing with the development and coordination of the Moldova branch since 1998. He completes his practical experience as a manager through coaching skills (Alain Cardon, MCC), NLP practitioner, certified trainer for 360 Solutions and Morgen Buying Facilitation methods (Morgen Facilitations Inc.). Since 2010, Gigi is also an ITOL Fellow. In recent years he has become an accredited trainer for business simulations offered by Andromeda (USA) and SIMdustry (Germany).
In 2009, Gigi started his entrepreneurial journey. Together with a group of trainers and consultants with whom he shares common values and experiences, he founded Evolutiv Consultants Network. His experience of more than 15,000 hours spent in front of managers of all levels across the country means for Gigi the joy of having contributed to the transformation and maturation of some organizations. These performances in business were translated, for those with whom he worked, into professional satisfaction, personal development, prosperity. They have strengthened his belief that people want to learn, to test their limits, to play in winning teams – and that his mission is to support them. At the same time, this taught him that the moments spent with his wife and two children, at home or on vacation, are an inexhaustible reservoir of energy, balance and motivation in professional life.
