Dan Pricop

Dan Pricop, a trainer and consultant, has more than 20 years of experience in the adult learning industry, which he entered in the 1990s, after seven years in which he practiced mechanical engineering.

In 1995, Dan started The Open University Business School (UK) courses in competitive management, customer relationship management and financial management. He obtained the professional certificate in management in 1997. Then, in 2004, he obtained a professional degree in development and change management and market resources.

He started as a trainer and consultant since 1996, completing in time the theoretical studies with specializations: NLP Practitioner (2005), the basics of coaching (Alain Cardon, Coaching Institute – 2007), 360 Solutions (2008) and The Morgen Buying Facilitation Method (2009).

His main area of expertise is in HR, both for private companies and in PHARE programs, where he participates in the elaboration of projects, leads workshops and enters one of the sensitive areas of HR activity, that of pre-dismissal services. He also advises on business plans and feasibility studies. During 2006-2009, he was the manager of Codecs Moldova regional center.

As a senior trainer at Evolutiv, Dan has been delivering trainings in human resources, team development and general management since 2009. He has also been coordinating the Leadership of the Third Millennium® Leadership High School Leadership Program for Moldova for almost ten years, keeping in touch with the next generation.
