Cristina Tirulnic

Cristina Țirulnic is a trainer and consultant with more than 14 years of experience.

After gathering over 10 years of business experience in the heavy industry and the pharmaceutical industry, Cristina decided to dedicate herself entirely to her passion for helping people developing their skills and contributing through education to the development of a better world.

 More than 6 years ago she joined the Evolutiv team and participated in the creation and delivery of many extensive managerial development programs in large and medium organizations in Romania. Some of these programs received recognition through awards won at the Gala HR Club Romania.

Cristina is also the coordinator of the Evolutiv Human Resources program, certified by ITOL UK, which she developed 3 years ago and which has so far brought her the joy of 8 successfully completed series.

 Cristina’s professional training is in the field of philology (English-Romanian). In the field of Human Resources, she is proud to be part of the first CIPD, UK promotion, in Romania. She later became a member of ITOL, UK and an Investor in People, UK international specialist.

Her current goal is to help as many entrepreneurs as possible become aware of the importance of implementing good people management practices in their companies and developing leaders at every level.
