Cezar Gumeni

Cezar Gumeni graduated from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University in Iași. Later, Cezar acquired knowledge and managerial skills at the Open University Business School (UK), strategic management tools at Critical Path Strategies (Boerne Texas, USA) and skills in based in coaching at MetaSysteme Coaching (France).

For more than 15 years, Caesar was in top positions in multinational companies such as Sensient Technologies Corporation Milwaukee – Wisconsin, Zeelandia Group BV, covering Romania and Eastern European countries. His entrepreneurial profile is now complemented by the experience he has gained developing the local brand Cake Expert.

Cezar has given a significant number of consultative sales, telesales, commercial negotiation and management courses for national companies (Azomures, Macromex, Electroalfa, TVR Iași, Transgor Logistics, Chimagri Distribución, Thinslices Development, Bakery Ingredients) and multinationals (Arcelor Mittal, Bunge , Lesaffre, VBH).

Volunteering is one of the ways to contribute to society, playing an active role in his capacity as: Chairman of the Board of Fundația Comunitară Iași, member of the Advisory Board of AIESEC Iași and member of the Rotary Club Iași, Curtea Domnească.
