Dragoș-Cristian Fînaru

Dragoș got in touch with the entrepreneurial environment since he was a teenager, when he started to create websites and software solutions for both Romanian and foreign clients. This is how he learned what are the stages of the sales process, of maintaining the relationship with customers and project management itself.

He attended the courses of the school Leaders of the Third Millennium, an educational program offered to young people in Romania by the CODECS Foundation for Leadership. Thus, in 2007, Dragoș received his certification as a trainer within the program and began to take part in the promotion, sale and delivery of leadership programs. He took courses at home and abroad, combining biochemical engineering with psychology and human sciences – NLP Professional: Coaching & NLP.

 Having early contacts with non-profit organizations and social involvement, Dragoș collaborates with numerous NGOs working locally and nationally, working both as a volunteer and as a trainer, mentor, facilitator or counselor.

He is the founder and president of the Be GREAT Association, a non-profit organization whose mission is to catalyze the personal development of young people in Romania.

Since 2010, together with the Evolutiv team, he has learned, trained and grown, having exposure to many organizational structures and cultures, working with Romanians and foreigners.

A leader, mentor and adventure supervisor in The Duke of Edinburgh’s International AWARD, Dragoș is also an EMAS (Europe, Mediterranean and Arab States) trainer. An early fan of the global TED Talks initiative, Dragoș took to the stage of TEDx Piatra Neamț, and since 2014 he has been the organizer of TEDx Bacău.
